HR Administrator - From 25K + Benefits
Purpose: To manage the implementation of the HR policies and procedures so that management is supported in practicing best HR practices and in achieving set business objectives.
Responsibilities
- To manage the implementation and ensure adherence to all HR administration processes
- To assist management in using and reviewing job Profiles as input in identifying job competences and required performance standards
- To ensure that training and developmental interventions result in employee competence and growth this supports the achievement of company and Statutory objectives
- To facilitate IR interface to ensure constructive, non- disruptive employer / employee relations are maintained and aligned to company policy and procedures
- To ensure that recruitment and selection procedures are in place which enhance company performance through the selection and promotion of talented, competent employees
- Preparation and submission of reports
Education:
- Matric with business subjects
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management (e.g. Diploma)
Experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience in all aspects of the HR function, assisting management to achieve best HR practice.
- Have knowledge of Sage PEOPLE or Sage HR and Payroll system.

Salary: From R25 000,00 per month
